Romania reaffirmed its support for the 'Eastern Sentinel' project, which aims to strengthen the defense capabilities of the Eastern Flank.

Bolojan emphasized the importance of a long-term defense policy and the efforts to modernize the national defense industry. There was also discussion about intensifying industrial cooperation among allies and the transfer of technological solutions to support the modernization of capabilities. The Prime Minister stressed the need for close coordination between the EU and NATO, using tools such as the SAFE Program to increase investments in the defense industry.
