The Prime Minister of the Republic of Moldova, Alexandru Munteanu, is making his first official visit to Kiev, where he will meet with President Volodymyr Zelensky, Prime Minister Yuliia Svyrydenko, and First Deputy Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada, Oleksandr Korniyenko.
The Moldovan delegation also includes other important ministers, including those of Energy, Internal Affairs, and Infrastructure. Munteanu emphasized that discussions will focus on the Republic of Moldova's accession to the European Union, bilateral cooperation, and regional security, expressing solidarity with the Ukrainian people in their fight for independence. In a sign of respect for those who have fallen in duty, the Prime Minister will lay flowers at the Wall of Memory in Kiev. Additionally, the visit will culminate in the signing of several agreements between the two countries.
