According to a new law published, the air force of the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Moldova can destroy or neutralize drones that illegally cross the border. Border Police will have the right to immobilize drones that cannot be intercepted. The law regulates actions in cases of airspace violations and was adopted in the context of regional security. Moldova is also working with France to improve aerial surveillance, including the purchase of radar equipment.
