Former pro pro-Russian President Igor Dodon criticizes the visit of European leaders Emmanuel Macron, Friedrich Merz and Donald Tusk to Chisinau as interference in Moldova's internal affairs. They come to support the PAS government ahead of parliamentary elections scheduled for September 28. Dodon underlines that such an intervention would have been unacceptable if it had been carried out by Russian leaders, and expresses his dissatisfaction with the West's support for a "puppet" like Maia Sandu.
