Alexandru Munteanu, economist and businessman, will be proposed by PAS for the position of Prime Minister of the Republic of Moldova, according to the announcement of the party leader, Igor Grosu. Munteanu has extensive experience in the field of investments and education, being the founder of the French Alliance in Moldova and the company 4i Capital Partners. With studies at Columbia University and experience at the World Bank, he will contribute to Moldova's efforts to join the EU. The confirmation of the parliamentary elections is scheduled for October 16.
