When could Nicușor Dan go to the USA. The president's explanations

President Nicușor Dan declared on Wednesday, in Ankara, that official visits in relation to the United States have a symbolic importance, but the real results are achieved through economic diplomacy and technical-level dialogue.

The head of state explained that between Romania and the USA, there are dozens, even hundreds of meetings at the technical level, during which both parties promote their interests and develop cooperation projects.

Nicușor Dan reiterated that the main objectives of Romania in relation to the United States are to maintain and, where possible, expand the American military and economic presence in the country. He emphasized that, in recent months, progress has been made in these directions, reflecting a constant and effective collaboration between the two states.

The president pointed out that this activity carried out at the technical and economic level contributes to strengthening the strategic partnership between Romania and the United States.
