The leader of the UDMR deputies, Csoma Botond, stated on Wednesday that a rotating minority government could represent a governance option, in the context of current discussions.

He mentioned that, although UDMR has not made a final decision, he personally believes that such a scenario could be accepted, especially considering that a rotation was planned for 2027, when PSD is expected to take power.

However, Sorin Grindeanu, the leader of PSD and the party's proposal for the position of prime minister, rejected any potential plan for a rotating government.
