The SENS party has requested the Prime Minister and the Government to take responsibility for reintroducing mayoral elections in two rounds, emphasizing the need to end the "tyranny of the useful vote" and the vote influenced by polls. Party representatives state that they will continue to demand this reform until the government majority understands the message of the citizens. SENS sent an open letter to the Government in the summer, highlighting the importance of electoral reform. Additionally, the party thanks the voters for supporting candidate Ana Ciceală, who obtained 5.85% of the votes in the partial elections for the Capital City Hall, finishing in fifth place.
