Economy Minister, Ambrozie-Irineu Darău: "It is a fundamental mistake of the PSD that it gives this strength to an extremist party"

Ambrozie-Irineu Darău, the Minister of Economy from USR, made a public appeal to all parliamentarians, urging them not to vote for the motion of censure. In a statement, Darău emphasized that PSD is making a fundamental mistake by supporting an action that could strengthen an extremist party, AUR. He highlighted the importance of each parliamentarian's responsibility in decision-making, questioning who benefits from the government's fall and how it will affect the citizens.

The minister mentioned that reforms are necessary to correct the fundamental flaws of the Romanian state and assured that the government will continue to work. Regarding the chances of the motion being rejected, Darău avoided making predictions, emphasizing that each parliamentarian should act according to their conscience until the vote on Tuesday.
