In the context of the Government meeting, all 42 amendments submitted by the Opposition parliamentarians to the bill regarding the pensions of magistrates were rejected. The Government spokesperson, Ioana Dogioiu, announced that the amendments, most of which came from the Party of Young People and AUR, were not accepted. A notable amendment was proposed by Raisa Enachi, who requested that the pensions of magistrates be 85% of the net income, compared to 70% as proposed by the Government.

Additionally, AUR requested the extension of the reform to the pensions of judges of the Constitutional Court, arguing that they are the only beneficiaries of special pensions whose amount has not been reduced. The Government will assume responsibility for this project before Parliament, without including the Opposition's amendments.
