The CCR admitted the objection of unconstitutionality raised by the President of Romania regarding the transfer of a property from the private ownership of the state to the public ownership of the commune of Moara. The judges found that the regulation affects the legal regime of the state's private property and does not comply with existing legal norms. Furthermore, the CCR emphasized that the lack of an agreement from the Moara Local Council contravenes the principle of local autonomy. The decision is final and generally binding. In the same session, the CCR postponed other objections of unconstitutionality until 2025.
