This problem has generated a conflict between Justice and the Government, with the courts operating at minimum capacity since August, which has led to the postponement of many trials. The average pension of a magistrate is 25,000 lei, and the CCR's decision is considered sensitive in terms of equity. Prime Minister Ilie Bolojan warned that the failure to adopt the law could affect the legitimacy of his government. The CCR recently rejected the complaints related to pension reform and other governmental measures.
