The proposed law provides for the implementation of a military service on a voluntary basis, aimed at increasing the number of Romanians prepared for emergency situations. The Ministry of National Defense thus aims for a more efficient mobilization of human resources in the face of external threats. The law has already received the necessary approval from the Supreme Council of National Defense, which facilitates the next steps in the legislative process.
