The Peace Group in Romania submitted today in the plenary session of the Senate a simple motion against Oana Ţoiu, the Minister of Foreign Affairs.

The document was submitted on Wednesday in the plenary session of the Senate and is titled "The progressive diploma with hashtags has put Romania's agriculture in danger. Oana Țoiu says 'yes' to others and 'no' to her own citizens." The motion was initiated by more than a quarter of the total number of senators, according to the attached signature lists.

AUR announced that it supports this simple motion submitted by the PACE Group, which targets Foreign Minister Oana Țoiu, in the context of supporting the EU-Mercosur Agreement. The debate and vote on the motion could take place on Monday, highlighting the political tensions related to Romania's agricultural policy.
