According to the new regulations, judges with the rank of High Court of Cassation and Justice (ICCJ) with over 20 years of experience will benefit from a salary coefficient of 5.50, a decrease compared to the coefficient of 6 proposed in the draft version last month. This modification significantly affects the incomes of these judges, who have extensive experience in the judicial system. Additionally, trainee judges will start with a coefficient of 2.87, instead of 3.13, which reflects an adjustment of salary policies for young magistrates. These changes come in the context of broader reforms in the judicial system, aimed at optimizing financial resources and ensuring equity in the salary of justice personnel.
