The Ministry of Environment, through interim minister Diana Buzoianu, announced the urgent convening of the Romsilva management, following a report from ANAP which reveals that the agency awarded 371 contracts worth a total of 28.25 million lei, without prior publication, maintaining the second place at the national level. Almost 83% of these procedures were justified by "extreme urgency." Buzoianu emphasized the need to analyze the measures that will be taken by Romsilva to correct this situation.
Additionally, the president of ANAP, Raluca Rogoz, emphasized that the frequent use of negotiation without prior publication requires careful monitoring. The report was also sent to other institutions, including the Court of Accounts. Furthermore, Buzoianu criticized the way Romsilva negotiated the collective labor contract, mentioning that their priorities do not reflect the real needs of the employees.
