PNL Deputy Raluca Turcan stated on Friday that the PSD's referral to the Constitutional Court (CCR) regarding the governmental situation is a 'desperate move' that turns the CCR into a political instrument. Turcan emphasized that the PSD is trying to clarify what happens after the 45 days of interim government led by Ilie Bolojan, suggesting that this action proves that the PSD does not trust its own parliamentary forces to support a motion of censure.

The deputy accused the PSD of using fundamental state institutions as political tools, recalling the delays in CCR decisions in the past. Turcan stated that the PSD is trying to shift the game from Parliament to other spheres where it believes it has more control, highlighting a crisis of confidence among its own parliamentarians.
