On Thursday, the leaders of PSD, PNL, and USR met at Vila Lac to discuss a possible government variant. Sorin Grindeanu, the president of PSD, Ilie Bolojan, the president of PNL, Kelemen Hunor, the president of UDMR, and Dominic Fritz, the president of USR, are proposing to find a future governance formula, which they will present on Friday to President Nicușor Dan.

On the same day, Dominic Fritz and Kelemen Hunor, the president of UDMR, had a meeting with Ilie Bolojan to discuss additional details. The announcement of the prime minister proposal they will present to President Nicușor Dan is expected to be made soon. On Wednesday evening, the three leaders had a similar discussion at the Government headquarters, and Dominic Fritz suggested that the proposed variant could be a minority government formed by the three parties.
