PSD Alba said that the blocking of funding for projects in the 'Anghel Saligny' program severely affects communities in the county, especially in rural and small urban areas, which will no longer benefit from essential services such as water, sewage and infrastructure. Criticizing the decision of the PNL Prime Minister and the UDMR Minister, the Social Democrats underline that the postponement of the funding will lead to stagnation of the activity of the companies working on these sites and will affect jobs. They say the program has had a positive impact on the quality of life in Alba county.
