Dragos Pislaru: "We will have a longer interim period than expected / It could last at least until June."

Dragoș Pîslaru, the interim minister of Investments and European Projects, stated that the interim period could last longer than expected, possibly until June or even longer.

He emphasized the importance of finding a political solution, especially from the PSD, which triggered the crisis. Pîslaru highlighted that Ilie Bolojan has gained public support, even from those disappointed with the political class. He also mentioned that the attempts to decapitate the leadership of PNL were motivated by the important reforms initiated by Bolojan. Pîslaru believes that a minority government would be a complicated solution, but he supports the idea that there is a wave of popular support for the reform agenda.
