The Minister of Health, Alexandru Rogobete, begins on Tuesday an official three-day visit to Israel, together with the President of the Chamber of Deputies, Sorin Grindeanu. He will have official meetings with the President of the Knesset, Amir Ohana, and with Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.

The purpose of the visit is to strengthen bilateral institutional dialogue and to develop cooperation in the field of health. Additionally, the minister will visit reference hospitals, such as Hadassah Ein Kerem and Herzog Hospital, and will have meetings with representatives of the private health sector and health insurance agencies. The visit aligns with Romania's efforts to expand international cooperation and to adopt best practices for improving the health system and its digitalization.
