President Nicușor Dan stated that, in the last six weeks, no party has managed to form a majority, rejecting accusations of involvement in 'party games'. He emphasized that his mandate focuses on maintaining a pro-Western direction and avoiding an economic crisis.
Dan explained that he chose the Veștea option to ensure the investment of a government, believing that it has the highest chances of success. Adrian Veștea, proposed for the leadership position, is appreciated for his experience in managing budgets and European funds, as well as for his ability to navigate complex political environments.
Although Veștea has not yet brought a majority, Nicușor Dan believes that he is the most suitable to build the necessary dialogue to overcome the current political crisis.
