Mihai Fifor, PSD leader, stated on Facebook that there will be no new package of measures adopted through the Government's accountability without including the PSD economic stimulus program. He criticizes the Prime Minister's austerity policy, which, in his opinion, leads to a drastic economic slowdown, blocking investments, and increasing pressure on the population and the business environment. Fifor emphasizes that to increase budget revenues, it is essential to stimulate the economy and create jobs, not to raise taxes.
PSD has proposed projects for economic growth and the creation of over 120,000 jobs, using tools such as tax credits to support investments. He warns that Romania cannot be governed through continuous cuts and that a balanced approach is necessary to avoid recession and social tensions.
