Marcel Ciolacu emphasized the importance of assuming a responsibility in the development of Buzău County, stating that it is not just about a mandate, but a duty towards the community. He expressed the desire to create an environment where young people can stay, parents can feel safe, and grandparents have access to medical services.

Ciolacu mentioned that his ambitions are administrative, not political, and highlighted the necessity of real reforms. Sorin Grindeanu, the president of PSD, added that this moment marks a new beginning for Buzău and praised Ciolacu's experience in politics and administration, considering him a leader capable of listening and developing the county.
