The president of ANAF, Adrian Nicușor Nica, announced that Iohannis must hand over a property in Sibiu and pay the related rental debts. In case of non-payment on time, the former president will be forcibly executed. Nica emphasized that ANAF will make the owed amount public and expressed hope that Iohannis will cooperate and voluntarily hand over the property, thus avoiding legal proceedings.
