Grindeanu responds to Ciucu's attacks: "There is a big difference between me and him. I have not been accused by the DNA of taking bribes of hundreds of thousands of euros"

The president of PSD, Sorin Grindeanu, reacted to the attacks of the general mayor of the Capital, Ciprian Ciucu, who insinuated that Grindeanu has an unjustified wealth.

In an interview on Antena 3 CNN, Grindeanu stated that his wealth is transparent and that it has been subject to checks throughout his political career. He emphasized that he has never been accused by the DNA of corruption, in contrast to Ciucu, who is a suspect in a bribery case.

Grindeanu mentioned that the differences in wealth between them are evident, but he insisted that he can justify every aspect of his financial situation. This dispute erupted after Ciucu referred to Grindeanu's lifestyle, comparing it to his own apartment.

Grindeanu concluded that Ciucu's attacks are just "gargle" and that the truth is clear regarding his legal status.
