PSD President, Sorin Grindeanu: “At this moment, it seems that the only political program Siegfried Mureşan has is hurling insults at the PSD”

PSD President Sorin Grindeanu stated on Friday, in Caraș-Severin County, that he had not received any new information about the governing program prepared by Prime Minister-designate Siegfried Mureșan. Grindeanu is on a tour of the country for meetings with social-democratic organizations.

The PSD leader said that he had appointed a team to participate in potential discussions on the program, given that he is away from Bucharest. “I, together with my colleagues, am waiting,” Grindeanu said, pointing out that there is “no new sign” in this regard.

The PSD president criticized Siegfried Mureșan, claiming that he does not actually want to become prime minister and is doing everything possible for the program to be rejected in Parliament. Grindeanu also stated that, at present, Mureșan’s only political message directed at the PSD consists of verbal attacks: ”At this moment, it seems that the only political program Siegfried Mureşan has is swearing at the PSD”.
