In the context of discussions about CASS and the budget, Kelemen emphasized the importance of respecting legislative procedures, mentioning that the Fiscal Code cannot be amended through the budget law.

Prime Minister Ilie Bolojan announced that a solution has been found to support the social package, agreeing on reducing expenses related to the rights of judges obtained through previous rulings. Discussions on the state budget will continue on Thursday afternoon, with the aim of unblocking negotiations in the context of the economic crisis and the Gulf war. Bolojan detailed that the choice was made to reduce expenses instead of increasing the deficit, thus postponing payments to judges for the coming years.
