George Simion, the president of AUR, declared on Wednesday that PSD cannot leave the current Coalition due to the criminal cases of its members that make them vulnerable. Simion mentioned that PSD is in an alliance with various parties, but not with AUR, and emphasized that on April 20, when the social democrats will decide whether to remain in power, nothing significant will happen.

He accused PSD of using the media to spread rumors about possible alliances with other political leaders, such as Bolojan or Nicușor Dan. Simion stated that PSD is desperate and that if it does not leave power, it risks disappearing or being ousted. He encouraged Romanians to unite to take power from the hands of the current Coalition.
