In an interview with Realitatea Plus, George Simion expressed the AUR's intention to be a serious opposition and to prepare for the future government, anticipating a possible accession to power in the fall. He mentioned that two PSD MPs support the no-confidence motion, questioning their seriousness. Simion reaffirmed that the AUR has grown significantly and asked the PSD to clarify its position on European and social policies, suggesting a possible government with Călin Georgescu as prime minister.
