Following the devastating floods in Suceava and Neamț counties, the government has announced financial aid for the victims, ranging from 15,000 to 30,000 lei, depending on the severity of the damage. Prefectural commissions will assess the damage, ensuring a fair distribution of funds. The families of the deceased will also receive 15,000 lei each. The aid comes from the Budgetary Reserve Fund and is intended to help rebuild damaged houses. Prime Minister Ilie Bolojan emphasized solidarity with the citizens and the need for rapid intervention.
