The Vice President of PNL, Gheorghe Falcă, stated that his party will have two options if PSD decides to leave the coalition: to form a minority government or to step into the Opposition. In an interview, Falcă emphasized that PNL will no longer collaborate with PSD and that the responsibility for any potential political crisis will fall on them. He criticized the PSD governance, mentioning issues related to the budget and European funds. Falcă explained that PNL could opt for a minority government supported by Parliament or could allow PSD to govern, assuming the role of opposition.
He also commented on Sorin Grindeanu's visit to Brussels, considering it a failure, and praised the economic performance under the leadership of Nicușor Dan, without preparing a candidate for the presidency.
