USR Deputy Cătălin Drulă reacted to the statements of PSD leader Sorin Grindeanu, who claimed that since PSD left the Ministry of Transport, no highways have been opened. Drulă explained that highways are multi-year projects with technological stages, which usually finalize in the second half of the year. He emphasized that, in fact, the construction of highways has progressed after PSD's departure from Transport, mentioning the opening of sections such as A3, A7, and A0 North.
Drulă accused PSD of having a plan to block the opening of completed highways so that kilometers would not be counted for USR. He highlighted that, in the first four months of the year, under PSD's leadership, no kilometer of highway was inaugurated, while now the opening of 250 kilometers is expected by the end of the year. Drulă concluded by expressing confidence in the team at the Ministry of Transport, which is fighting for the public interest.
