Dragoș Pîslaru accuses Sorin Grindeanu of 'formidable audacity' regarding the PSD's demands concerning governance.

Dragoș Pîslaru, recently elected vice president of PNL, criticized the statements of PSD president, Sorin Grindeanu, regarding the formation of a new government. Pîslaru emphasized that PSD has imposed strict conditions to participate in the government, accusing Grindeanu of 'tremendous audacity'.

He argued that a government formed by PNL, USR, and UDMR would have more legitimacy, considering that these parties hold more mandates in Parliament than PSD. Pîslaru highlighted that the PNL proposals for a six-month political agreement include essential elements for support in Parliament, but criticized PSD for refusing to accept conditions.

He also mentioned that PNL will not support an alliance with AUR, emphasizing that PSD should be transparent regarding its relations with this party. Pîslaru concluded that, in the absence of a minimum political agreement, PNL should reevaluate its support for PSD.
