The leader of PSD Bucharest, Daniel Băluță, has made accusations against the general mayor Ciprian Ciucu, stating that he is more concerned with political statements than with the administrative issues he leads. Băluță's response came after Ciucu attacked the PSD leader, Sorin Grindeanu, and warned that PNL would no longer collaborate with PSD if Ilie Bolojan were to be dismissed. Băluță emphasized that Ciucu's concern for Bolojan's future is unjustified, considering the results of his governance, which show a disaster for Romania.
The mayor of Sector 4 called for an evaluation of political leaders based on transparency and results, not on image campaigns. Băluță concluded by suggesting that Ciucu should focus on the real issues of Bucharest residents, which are significant, instead of making political threats without concrete solutions.
