The CCR judge, Dacian Dragoș, says that there are no reasons to be suspended: it is not me.

Dacian Dragoș, the new judge of the Constitutional Court of Romania, explained how he was selected by President Nicușor Dan, mentioning that he did not personally send his CV and that he did not know Dan before the appointment. Dragoș emphasized that the lawsuits filed by AUR lawyer, Silvia Uscov, for his and his colleague Mihai Busuioc's suspension, could indirectly target Nicușor Dan, suggesting that these actions are part of a political struggle. He described the discussions he had with Dan, who expressed confidence in his ability to fulfill the role. The Bucharest Court of Appeal postponed the ruling on AUR's request regarding the suspension of the two judges for the third time.
