The High Court of Cassation and Justice has filed a referral to the CCR regarding GEO 21/2024, which merged local and Europarliamentary elections. The Constitutional Court admitted REPER's application and decided to analyze the exception of unconstitutionality of the entire ordinance. REPER challenged the rejection of the application to register a representative in the BEC.
