Ciprian Ciucu harshly criticizes Nicușor Dan's decision to nominate Adrian Veștea for the position of prime minister: "Conspiracy. Betrayal. Interference."

The mayor of the capital, Ciprian Ciucu, launched a vehement attack against Nicușor Dan, accusing him of interference in the internal affairs of the National Liberal Party (PNL) through the nomination of Adrian Veștea as prime minister.

Ciucu stated that this action represents an "act of aggression against a democratic party," emphasizing that the statutory leadership of the PNL was not consulted regarding this decision. He described the situation as the result of a conspiracy and betrayal, mentioning that those who conspired against the party did not have the courage to present themselves at the meeting of the National Political Bureau.

Ciucu warned that the purpose of these actions is to "break the PNL" and expressed his confidence that the party will withstand this challenge.
