Ciprian Ciucu criticized the PSD in a public message, accusing the social democrats of contributing to the current political crisis and avoiding taking responsibility for the created situation.
The liberal mocked the PSD leadership, claiming that the party is pursuing political interests rather than government stability.
"Bad news, summer is coming, vacations are coming, and you haven't solved the problem, and you can’t carry your worries to Monaco, Capri, and wherever else you go to spend the Romanians' money."
Ciucu stated that the trust between PNL and PSD is severely affected and that collaboration under the current conditions is increasingly difficult. He believes that the social democrats need to take on an active role in finding a solution for forming a majority and overcoming the political deadlock.
At the same time, the liberal leader reproached President Nicușor Dan, accusing him of not sufficiently highlighting the PSD's responsibility in this situation and of supporting political costs that should be assumed by the social democrats.
