AUR MPs will donate their July allowance to support families affected by floods in Suceava and Neamt counties.

The Alliance for the Unity of Romanians (AUR) has announced its intention to support the families affected by the floods in Suceava and Neamț counties by donating the allowances of parliamentarians for July. AUR leader, George Simion, said that he is in the midst of the disaster victims and appealed for a general mobilization, encouraging party members and sympathizers to contribute with food and necessary materials. Simion criticized the authorities' lack of intervention and underlined AUR's commitment to continue humanitarian aid in the coming days.
