Ana Birchall harshly criticizes Lia Savonea's candidacy for the leadership of the HCCJ, invoking problems of legality, morality and risks of politicization of justice. She accuses the SCM of unjustifiably rushing the procedure and asks for the investigation of possible abuses. Birchall recalls the previous conflicts with Savonea and decisions of the CCR that confirmed abuses committed by it.
