The 'free flow' system will charge drivers according to the number of kilometers driven on the highway, eliminating the pre-set charge and providing fair tolling. Already implemented on the Olympia highway, it will be extended to the BOAK highway in Crete. Romanians traveling in Greece will pay a new tax, called the climate resilience tax, which will be up to €10 per night, depending on the type of accommodation.
