Influencer Dorian Popa was sentenced to 8 months in prison with a stay, after being caught in October 2023 driving under the influence of cannabis. His case was retried, but the court upheld the initial sentence, considering the offense an isolated event, given that it is his first conflict with the law. During the two years of supervision, he must report to the probation officer and pay 1,700 lei in court costs. The decision is not final.
