Vlad Pascu is challenging his 10-year prison sentence for a road accident, with his lawyers asking for a reduced sentence.

Vlad Pascu, initially sentenced to ten years in prison for a traffic accident, has asked the Constanța Court of Appeal to reduce his sentence, arguing that it is too high and that he made a denunciation. The lawyer of one of the accident victims, Adrian Cuculis, suggests that the case could be reopened at the Mangalia court, which could extend the trial by up to two years.
