Meta has launched Muse Image, an AI model that generates images from written commands.

Meta continues to innovate by replacing the old Llama language models with the new Muse series, and recently launched Muse Image, a model developed by Superintelligence Labs that allows for image generation based on written commands.

This model uses advanced reasoning to understand commands and can perform online searches to provide context. Muse Image will be available in the Meta AI application and on the company's social platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp. A controversial feature is that users can generate images starting from the photos of other users, which has generated discontent, especially on Instagram, where users must activate a special option to protect their images.

Meta has implemented an invisible marking system called Content Seal to identify artificially generated images. The company is also working on a similar model for video content, called Muse Video, which will be released later.
