A survey conducted by Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) shows that experimentation with AI has increased from 5% to 92% in three years, but most organizations are still in the learning phase. Although many companies start AI projects out of conviction, top-down pressure drives them to adopt the technology to remain competitive, leading to inconsistent executions. Only 5% of firms have achieved most of their objectives, and the difference is due to organizational capabilities and strategic discipline. Experts emphasize that AI failures are not caused by technology, but by how it is used. Companies often lack the necessary infrastructure to effectively integrate AI into operational processes. Additionally, challenges related to data structure and quality remain significant obstacles. Adopting AI requires a cultural and operational change, not just a technological one, and effective implementation depends on clean and up-to-date data.
