Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky announced that he proposed to Finland to strengthen bilateral relations by signing an agreement on drones, which would include exchanges of technology and military expertise accumulated during the four years of conflict with Russia. The statement was made after a meeting with Finnish Prime Minister Petteri Orpo at the European Political Community summit taking place in Yerevan, Armenia.
