Volodimir Zelenski has condemned Russia's "cynical" attacks on an oil facility in Ukraine, denouncing them as an attempt to undermine diplomatic efforts as he meets international leaders in Washington. He said the attacks were aimed at maintaining pressure on Ukraine and Europe. In parallel, South African President Cyril Ramaphosa will meet Vladimir Putin to discuss the war in Ukraine and peace efforts.
