Oleksandr Syrskyi, the commander of the Ukrainian army, stated that Russia shows no interest in peace negotiations and, instead, is intensifying military actions and weapon production. Russia is currently producing 404 'Shahed' drones per day, with plans to reach 1,000. Syrskyi emphasized the need for the Ukrainian army to disrupt these plans to create favorable conditions for negotiations. He also highlighted the success of the Ukrainian tactic of 'deep strikes', which has led to the destruction of 719 Russian assets, causing significant losses to Russia's oil industry. Despite Russia's control over approximately 20% of Ukrainian territory, Syrskyi mentioned improvements in the mobilization of Russian soldiers and a 13% reduction in Ukrainian losses compared to the previous year.
