Two Russian regions, Belgorod and Kursk, are facing power outages affecting 20,000 people, following Ukrainian attacks on energy infrastructure. The governor of Belgorod, Veaceslav Gladkov, reported severe damage to the electricity and heating supply network, affecting several streets in the regional capital. In Kursk, a fire at a power plant left ten localities without electricity. Additionally, another fire occurred at a thermal power plant in the Voronezh region. The Russian Ministry of Defense announced the downing of 44 drones over the Bryansk region, in the context of massive Russian attacks on Ukrainian energy networks, which have led to power outages and loss of life in Ukraine.
